In 2018, EAV had pioneered the market for commercial cargo bikes. As the sector grew, the company faced competition from well-funded international rivals.

To stay ahead, EAV leveraged its first-mover advantage and real-world operational data to accelerate product development. 

Our team worked with EAV in R&D, design and in marketing to support customer findings and transform insights into competitive advantages. This culminated in a prototype new EAV model winning Cargo Bike of the Year 2023.
